So far this year, much of the U.S. had it's share of cold, cold weather, but the Northeast was slammed with 4, powerful, storms that are commonly known as a "Nor'easter" in one month!

Just in time for season, BR&M has opened their doors to a brand new office and we couldn't be more excited!

It's that time again!

August is the time when Florida Realtors & Brokers come together in Orlando, FL at the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel to explore new trends, learn about new products & continue their education to help us improve & assist clients with all their real estate needs.  

This summer, the Vari's, Joe & Janet, celebrated the wedding of their son, Joe Vari III, to Ms. Beverly Pfluger on May 23rd in Richmond, VA.

In honor of the newly married couple, they also hosted a brunch in Canfield, OH at Avion on the Water for an extended celebration with family & friends from Ohio.

Also in attendance were the Florida / Ohio connection friends: Mike & Cathy, Frank & Barb, Jim & Trudy, Denise, Larry and Janice.

Everyone had a good time... a celebration to last throughout the years!   Congratulations!

End of April and we just wrapped-up season. To unwind, nothing is better than spending it out on the boat on a typical, sunny SWFL Saturday afternoon with the Vari's.

Captain Joe, the silent partner of BR&M and Janet's other half, took us out for an enjoyable boat ride through the Caloosahatchee River and out to the Gulf, riding past Sanibel Island to drop anchor close to Ft. Myers Beach.

November has many wonderful events, but non compare to the American Sand Sculpting Championship held in Fort Myers Beach every year between November 22nd thru December 1st.

Fort Myers Beach (FMB), what a great place to be! Those of us that are lucky enough to call Fort Myers, FL home sure do enjoy getting out there where the water meets the sand every chance we get!
